Last updated: October 2026

Friendshipbroadcast Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Friendshipbroadcast Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If something goes wrong with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Friendshipbroadcast Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@friendshipbroadcast.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted Friendshipbroadcast Tree Service or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

You will get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
